  • Lesson Plans for Beginners, March 2015

    Half to 3 year old classroom

    ReadingMy name is Krista Caserta and I started working with your children in mid- March.  We have begun to work on verbal and communication skills.  As we do worksheets, I will give them a crayon and tell them the color of the crayon and ask them to repeat the color back to me.  At snack time we do this by learning to say “help please” if they need help and to say “open” if they need help opening a snack.  When they are done, I ask them if they are done and ask them to say “all done”.  This is progressing as we do it on a daily basis.  If they need to go to the bathroom or need a diaper change, I am working on getting them to say “potty” to me.  We work on motor skills by playing with Legos, Dominos, play-dough and puppets.  We sing to help us learn our ABC’s and count each day to help them with numbers.  We also sing to get our physical activity and to release energy in a positive way.

    In April I plan to have some read aloud videos/DVD’s and interactive books for the children to introduce reading as a fun activity.  We will be having a letter of the alphabet for each week to help the children learn their ABC’s.  We will be learning the formation of letters by using our fingers to trace the letters.  We will continue to work on motor skills by introducing art this month and playing with the Legos, etc.  I will be periodically sending notes home to give you updates on your child and their work.  If you have any questions or concerns just approach me when you pick your child up.  I am having a great time working with your children and we plan on doing good things this month.

    • Entire play area for 3 hours ( you may come 30 minutes before do decorate and set up)
    • Big and small tables with your choice of colored tablecloths
    • All paper products ( plates, cups, forks, spoons, napkins, etc)
    • 1 juice for each child
    • TV with DVD player
    • Computer with free WiFi

    All you need to provide is food and cake!

    Party Prices:

    8 kids: $109, $7.99 for each extra child.
    16 kids: $159, $7.99 for each extra child.
    24 kids: $209, $7.99 for each extra child.
    Reservation fee: $50, deposit no refundable.

    Includes 5 small toys and 5 candies.
    $3.50 for each kid. $26.00 for 8 kids. $51.00 for 16 kids. $77.00 for 24 kids.

    Package 2:
    Includes 5 small toys, 5 candies and 1 big toy.
    $5.50 for each kid. $42.00 for 8 kids. $83.00 for 16 kids. $125.00 for 24 kids.

    Package 3:
    Includes themed goodies and 5 candies.
    $6.50 for each kid. $50.00 for 8 kids. $99.00 for 16 kids. $149.00 for 24 kids.

    Note: Pizza, pasta, cake, pastries, chips, cookies, sandwiches, candies, non-alcoholic beverages are allowed (no peanut products allowed). No warmers, crock-pots and other similar items allowed. No cooking on site. If you want to bring food other than those listed above please talk to the management. Angelz Funtime will do the set-up and help with the cleanup. But you are responsible to clean and pack your own utensils and other similar items.

    Children ActivitiesGet ready for the day or afternoon by warming up our minds and bodies through singing songs, story time and meeting new friends. Angelz Funtime offers an indoor gym and class rooms that are designed for children activities.

    Encourage Your Child to Participate in Fun Activities!

    Angelz Funtime Activities:

    Art: coloring, painting, collage. We do special craft for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day.

    Music: singing, dancing and playing instruments

    Story Time: kids love to listen and tell stories! We do read stories and sometimes represent the characters too. Watch as our imaginations grow!

    Easter Egg Hunting: our teachers stuffed the colorful eggs with candies and hid them in different places. Then our kids started looking for it. That was wonderful experience to watch the kids searching for eggs.

    Christmas Celebration: decorate the tree, play and sing.

    Graduation: all pre-k classroom kids and their parents participate in graduation ceremony where kids usually gets certificates.

  • Afternoon Drop-In-Care

    Afternoon Drop-In-CareEnjoy a good workout or period of relaxation while your children play, explore and learn with experienced, caring staff. Drop-in child care is more than a babysitting service. During each child’s stay, Angelz Funtime staff members provide learning experiences in a fun environment.

    Angelz Funtime is a convenient establishment for afternoon drop-in-care. Is dedicated to enriching and supporting healthy child and family development in spirit, mind and body. Located in Morrisville, near Cary, Durham, RTP and Raleigh, NC. 2 miles from Interstate 40 and 2.5 miles from Interstate 540. We are convenient to working parents in the Triangle Area of North Carolina.

    Afternoon program:     

    Our after afternoon program includes story time, indoor games, art and craft and writing. Our afternoon program offer relaxed and fun filled environment to the kids. Elementary, middle and high school students can join our afternoon program. But we do not provide transport to pick them from the school.

  • Preschool Educational Programs

    PreschoolAngelz Funtime is an educational establishment offering preschool, drop- in and afternoon programs. Our educational programs have great success in preparing our children for public and private elementary schools when they enter kindergarten. Our curriculum places emphasis on phonics, math, arts and learning to read.

    Our preschool programs are designed for 2 to 6 years old children. Our preschool students participate in small group reading, math and writing lessons to meet individual educational needs. During whole group time, children engage in storytelling, music and movements.
