    About Angelz Funtime Preschool and DaycareFor children 2 through 12 years old, based on the observation of children’s needs in a variety of cultures all around the world.

    Angelz Funtime environment contains specially designed materials for development, that invite children to engage in learning activities of their own. Under the guidance of a trained teachers, children in our classrooms learn by making discoveries with our programs, cultivating concentration, motivation, self-discipline, and the love for learning.

    To provide the best education and daycare, preparing our children for public and private elementary schools when they enter first grade.

    Philosophy

    The teachers and directors of Angelz Funtime firmly believe in a sound education in a safe and loving environment.  We realize our children are still young and need to have fun and feel safe at school. School should be a positive and happy experience and lessons should be interesting.  The curricula used to teach the children are designed with emphasis on age appropriate lessons.  Programs provide opportunities for children to practice self-control, taking turns and sharing. Learning is accomplished in a variety of ways that are designed to appeal and excite them.

    It’s a Great Way to Start the Day and Afternoon: 

    Children ActivitiesGet ready for the day or afternoon by warming up our minds and bodies through singing songs, story time and meeting new friends. Angelz Funtime offers an indoor gym and class rooms that are designed for children activities.

    Encourage Your Child to Participate in Fun Activities!

    Angelz Funtime Activities:

    Art: coloring, painting, collage. We do special craft for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day.

    Music: singing, dancing and playing instruments

    Story Time: kids love to listen and tell stories! We do read stories and sometimes represent the characters too. Watch as our imaginations grow!

    Easter Egg Hunting: our teachers stuffed the colorful eggs with candies and hid them in different places. Then our kids started looking for it. That was wonderful experience to watch the kids searching for eggs.

    Christmas Celebration: decorate the tree, play and sing.

    Graduation: all pre-k classroom kids and their parents participate in graduation ceremony where kids usually gets certificates.

  • Afternoon Drop-In-Care

    Afternoon Drop-In-CareEnjoy a good workout or period of relaxation while your children play, explore and learn with experienced, caring staff. Drop-in child care is more than a babysitting service. During each child’s stay, Angelz Funtime staff members provide learning experiences in a fun environment.

    Angelz Funtime is a convenient establishment for afternoon drop-in-care. Is dedicated to enriching and supporting healthy child and family development in spirit, mind and body. Located in Morrisville, near Cary, Durham, RTP and Raleigh, NC. 2 miles from Interstate 40 and 2.5 miles from Interstate 540. We are convenient to working parents in the Triangle Area of North Carolina.

    Afternoon program:     

    Our after afternoon program includes story time, indoor games, art and craft and writing. Our afternoon program offer relaxed and fun filled environment to the kids. Elementary, middle and high school students can join our afternoon program. But we do not provide transport to pick them from the school.

    DaycareWe invite you to bring your children to play at Angelz Funtime. A secure and loving environment, offering play areas designed from 2 years to 12 years age group children. Please stop by to meet our friendly staff, tour our center and learn how our drop in daycare services create free time for you and playtime for your children.

    We are family-owned and experienced in childcare development. Our main concern is love, care and understanding for each of our preschool students. Two of the most important factors in the life of a child are a nice home and day care environment.

    Children are eager learners, love to participate, and are great discoverers. It is important that children are allowed to explore, have the opportunity to build confidence in their own ideas and develop their own skills. We assist in cultivating positive behavior, help bring out the best in your child, and prepare them to be lifelong learners.

    Security and consistency are two things our caregivers provide. We make sure your child receives plenty of attention with daily routines.

  • Preschool Educational Programs

    PreschoolAngelz Funtime is an educational establishment offering preschool, drop- in and afternoon programs. Our educational programs have great success in preparing our children for public and private elementary schools when they enter kindergarten. Our curriculum places emphasis on phonics, math, arts and learning to read.

    Our preschool programs are designed for 2 to 6 years old children. Our preschool students participate in small group reading, math and writing lessons to meet individual educational needs. During whole group time, children engage in storytelling, music and movements.

    • Simple counting 1-10
    • Introduction to recognize of numbers 1-10

    Age 3

    Level 1

    Language Arts:

    • Recognition of name, sound and picture for consonants and short vowels
    • formation of letters in upper case
    • Develop listening skills through the story time and finger plays and songs
    • Recognition of primary colors, shapes

    Numbers:

    • Simple counting 1-10
    • Recognition of  numbers 1-10
    • Introduction of counting objects 1-10

    Age 3

    Level 2

    Language Arts:

    • Recognition of names, sound , picture for consonants and short vowels
    • Introduction of phonics
    • Answering the questions during story time
    • Recognition of colors, shapes.
    • Introduction of opposites

    Numbers:

    • Simple counting 1 – 10
    • Recognition of numbers 1 – 10

    Age 4

    Language Arts:

    • Recognition of name, sound and pictures of long and short vowels and consonants
    • Phonic sound (A-Z)
    • Good manners and proper health habits
    • Writing Uppercase and lower case letters
    • Formation of different colors by blending two or more different colors.
    • Writing of first name

    Numbers:

    • Number recognition and counting 1-20
    • Number concepts 1-20
    • Counting objects 1-10
    • Introduction to write number names ( like 1- one)

    K-5

    Language Arts:

    • Review of names and sounds of the letters, consonants, vowel blends and one and two vowel words
    • Reading simple sentences
    • Learning phonic  rules and spelling
    • Reading skills – Speed, comprehension and phrase reading

    Writing:

    • Review of letters, blends, words and sentences
    • Writing of first and last name
    • Recognition and writing of sentences with capital letters and periods
